Return your item within ​14 calendar days to exchange or refund a faulty item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, your item must also be in the original packaging. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund/exchanged after inspecting the item.


Faulty item? No problem please contact us via email and we can organise an exchange or refund.


Custom Items


As our Royal Rouez Apparel items are made to order and some may be personalised unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange on items due to change of mind,  accidental ordering  of the wrong item or due to ordering of the wrong size (please take note on item descriptions as we always advise if we believe sizing up is needed with a particular item).

If however you receive a faulty product we are more then happy to exchange or in some instances refund your item.
